Antonis Spanopoulos
He holds an LL.M. in Financial Law and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His international academic background enables him to communicate complex aspects of Greek law clearly and effectively to international clients, providing practical legal guidance throughout every stage of their investment journey.
Antonis has significant experience in real estate, corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in legal due diligence, property ownership, contractual documentation and regulatory compliance. He has conducted title investigations before the Greek Land Registry and Cadastral Offices, reviewed ownership records, identified mortgages and other registered encumbrances, prepared title reports for clients and lenders, and assisted with property sale and purchase transactions in close collaboration with notaries, tax advisers and other professionals involved in the completion process.
His experience further includes drafting and reviewing property agreements, lease agreements, commercial contracts, corporate documentation and regulatory filings, as well as handling legal and administrative procedures before registries, ministries and other Greek public authorities.
In addition, Antonis has practical experience advising foreign investors on Greek Golden Visa and residence permit applications, assisting with the legal documentation, procedural requirements and regulatory framework governing residency by investment in Greece.
As Head of Legal, Antonis leads the legal aspects of the team’s Golden Visa and real estate investment practice, overseeing every stage of the legal process, from the preliminary assessment of an investment opportunity and comprehensive property due diligence to the acquisition, preparation of the required legal documentation, and coordination of the residence permit application.
Working alongside the team’s accountants and experienced real estate professionals, he leads the legal coordination of every investment, providing international investors with integrated, tailored and end-to-end support designed to make the investment process secure, transparent and efficient. His involvement extends beyond the successful issuance of the residence permit, providing ongoing legal assistance with permit renewals, property-related matters, regulatory compliance and other legal issues that may arise throughout the lifecycle of the investment.

As Head of Tax Advisory, Dimitrios leads all tax aspects of the team’s real estate and Golden Visa practice. Working closely with the legal and real estate professionals, he ensures that each investment is structured efficiently from a tax perspective while remaining fully compliant with Greek tax legislation and reporting requirements. His guidance extends beyond the completion of the investment, providing ongoing support with tax compliance, accounting, reporting obligations and long-term tax planning.
